The invitation will be normally be
sent by email or faxed to you the same day, or next working day. Upon
receipt, please confirm that details are correct, and the reference numbers
are legible. We will correct any mistakes we have made.
You must register your passport in Russia within 72 hours (3 working days),
generally by staying
at least 1 night in a hotel.
Due to a change in the regulations for visas, some Russian Embassies now require the original Hotel Voucher and Confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia, or a company registered with them.
Please confirm with the Russian Embassy Consular Section their requirements. Some Embassies will not accept applications from
non-residents of that country, make sure that you can apply in the country
you are visting.
If the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country demands the originals, they can be sent direct to you by airmail or courier (TNT, DHL or similar), for an additional fee (see
business visa information).
Payment must accompany application.
After the invitation has been processed in Russia, there is no refund.
