IMPORTANT NOTES

Due to a change in the regulations for visas, some of the Russian Embassies may now require the original Hotel Voucher and Confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia or a company registered with them. They will not accept faxed copies. Please confirm with the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country about their requirements.

If the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country demands the originals, they can be sent direct to you by airmail or courier (TNT, DHL or similar), for an additional fee (see business visa information).

Payment must accompany application. Once submitted for processing in Russia, there is no refund.
