What is a tourist invitation, and what does it say?

This is an official document issued by a Russian travel company, licensed by the the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, inviting you to visit Russia as a tourist.  It is in two parts, the left hand part in this example is mainly in Russian, and is the confirmation of the official invitation from the registered company.  The right hand part is a hotel voucher, because a tourist needs to have pre-booked accommodation.  The layout may vary, but basically you require the two documents in order to apply for a tourist visa.  You will be able to understand what is typed if you follow the example below......
