	IMPORTANT NOTES A copy of your passport data pages (the ones with your photograph and signature on) is required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia with your application. Scan at 100dpi, save in JPG format, if possible, and send by email to us. Most Russian Embassies require the original invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia, and will not accept faxed copies, although some still use a TELEX communication system with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia. Originals can be sent direct to you by airmail from Finland or courier (TNT, DHL or similar) and whenever possible by TELEX according to your choice, for the appropriate fee. Please confirm with the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country about their requirements. The times relate to working days by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia. Times for postal services, courier services, weekends and holidays are not included. Allow plenty of time to receive the document from Russia, and for processing of the visa by the Russian Embassy before your travels. Please note, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are not classed as working days. We suggest allowing about 2 months from initial application to getting your visa. Once an application is received, and submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia, there is no refund. Payment must accompany the application to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which we will forward for you.
