The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia, require a scanned copy of the
two pages of your passport showing your photograph and signature.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The invitation will normally be sent to you next working day after receipt from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by courier or airmail (slow, and not secure) according to your choice and payment. There may be a delay due to world time differences, holidays and weekends, and other factors over which we have no control. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are not classed as working days.

In case of difficulties or delays in obtaining documents from other cities, we reserve right to process the invitation in either St.Petersburg or Moscow, which ever is the fastest. Once you are in Russia, you are able to visit other cities.

VISA and PASSPORT REGISTRATION

After arriving in Russia you must register your passport and visa within 72 hours to avoid possible problems with the Police, Passport Control on leaving, buying travel tickets or changing money.
