IMPORTANT INFORMATION The invitation will normally be sent by courier to you next working day after issuance by the Ministry. In case of difficulties or delays in obtaining documents from other cities, we reserve the right to issue the invitation from St.Petersburg or Moscow only. Once you are in Russia, you are permitted to other cities. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are not classed as working days. VISA and PASSPORT REGISTRATION After arriving in Russia you must register your passport and visa within 72 hours to avoid possible problems with the Police, Passport Control on leaving, buying travel tickets or changing money.
